What’s the point that settles in for you?

For me, it’s the answer shown in the two reflections:

The brilliance is that it’s the same for all of us. If deceit is implied, none is there. If manipulation is suggested, none is there. The brilliance is natural and true—these two of time’s tenses always coexist for every one, every where, every day, and the work of Swift captures that point.

The unanswered question, and more troublingly, the seldom-asked question, is this:
